Right off of University Place in the heart of New York City, two apartments were combined to make one larger home for a family of seven. The complete gut renovation allowed us to maximize all spaces and use new technologies and materials to allow the apartment to feel spacious and light filled. Wide plank oak floors and fully custom kitchen, closets and bathroom vanities compliment the European - American aesthetic.
